Sam’s Montpellier’s new menu promises a ‘creative dining experience’ – Gloucestershire food

Diners will be spoiled for choice with the range of small plates on the latest seasonal menu at Sam’s Montpellier in Cheltenham.

While some make ideal snacks and others are great for sharing, each dish can also be mixed and matched to make a complete meal.

In fact, chef Sam Price likes to see diners get creative in choosing from the selection on offer, inspired by land, land and sea.

Vegan and plant-based options (listed below ground) include cashew croquettes with beet mash and kale crisps, and Wye Valley hazelnut and asparagus pie, not to mention the savory pistachio parfait. that regulars already know and love.

Meanwhile, carnivores can bite into everything from braised pork belly to overnight lamb and scotch egg to black pudding (earth); alongside Cornish mussels, gin-smoked salmon, charred mackerel fillets and Scottish scallops from the seafood section.
